Capstone Project Presentation and Evaluation

Capstone Project Project Report and Analysis.

To Whom, when, and where the Presentation was made.

In my capstone project, I presented a presentation at one of the staff meetings at a clinical healthcare facility. Registered nurses and other medical practitioners dealing directly with patients and quality improvement initiatives were the intended audiences of the Presentation. The objective of the Presentation was to present the key results of my capstone project and describe how the recommendations can enhance the patient outcomes and evidence-based practice (Connor et al., 2023). Altogether, the audience was favorably impressed with the Presentation. There were a lot of participants who were interested in the matter and who listened during the session. Certain participants posed profound questions and brought their personal experience with regard to the subject. This communication resulted in an effective discussion and showed that the audience perceived the Presentation to be applicable to their professional activities and the everyday duties associated with healthcare practice (Kim et al., 2024).

Feedback on Evaluations and Future Presentation.

The use of evaluation forms was made to find out the feedback concerning the clarity of the presentation, its organization, and its usefulness. The findings were mostly good, with the majority of the participants affirming that the information was clear and informative. Nevertheless, other participants proposed to include more visuals and real-life examples. I would add more images, simplify complicated points, and have interactive effects after going through the reviews.

Module 5: Discussion

PROMPT

Capstone Project
Remember that your initial post needs to have a current citation and reference to avoid losing significant points. For this week, you could use professional sources related to developing Evaluation Tools or related to Group Presentations for your citations and references.

  • Discuss where, when, and to whom you made your presentation. How was it accepted?
  • What were the evaluation results? How would you have changed the presentation after reading the evaluations?
